- Your satisfaction is our main goal. Strict quality control in production as well as utmost care and attention is given to the processing of your order to ensure perfect delivery.
- Absolutely no returns will be accepted without e-mail notification and no replacements will be shipped without prior authorization of return.
Returns for Change in Color and Size or Another item
- You may return new, unopened and unused items purchased for either replacement in color or size or for another item based on the guidelines below. An email notification must be sent to us before any actual shipment of returned items be made to us.
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging complete with tags with no physical defect. We reserve the right to accept your returned items depending on the physical condition of the items when they reached us. You will be informed immediately if your returned items will be accepted or not.
- The allowable number of days for the items to be returned is inclusive of the days the items are in-transit (shipping period) from the Philippines and back to the Philippines. Make sure that you return the items immediately so that they will arrive within the allowable period. Pls. ship the items using a courier that will deliver your package to the Philippines within 2 weeks.

For International orders, the above items must be shipped back to the Philippines within 3 days from date of receipt.
For International orders, the above items cannot be returned because the shipping period will exceed the allowable return period.
- Shipping cost involved in returning the items to Natashamall.com shall be borne by the customer/member.
- Shipping cost involved in sending back the replacements for returned items shall also be borne by the customer/member. Therefore, extra care must be exercised when buying Natasha products so as not to have a lot of returns and incur additional cost in shipping back the items.
- The total amount of returned items must not exceed 15% of the amount purchased.
- Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced or the amount thereof be applied as payment for your next purchase.
- Refunds can only be made, when practicable, for excess payments due to out of stock items or unfulfilled orders. Normally, excess payments are small in amounts so we cannot send refunds. Instead, we will send you a gift voucher/discount coupon code equivalent to the amount of the excess payments which you can use as a deduction to the total amount of your order.
- Items with factory defect must be reported immediately after receipt of the items so that return and replacement can be arranged sooner. Replacements for items declared with factory defect will be shipped together with the next order.
- Products returned that are described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If they are found to be not actually damaged or defective, they will be returned to the customer at their full expense.
- Missing items should be reported immediately to Natashamall.com after the shipment/package arrives via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Natashamall reserves the right to deny claims of missing items based on the results of the investigation.
- If a claim for missing item is valid, it will be replaced with an identical item as originally ordered or be replaced with another item as the case may be, with the cost shipping to be shouldered by Natashamall.com or be shipped together with the next order.
